Our 14-day return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your candle, you have 14 days to request a return. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please ensure that you contact us before sending the item back to us.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping within the 48 Contiguous US states is currently a flat rate of $19.95, and free for all orders of $150 or more.
